In order to support a better understanding of the HCI community through visual search and analysis, the SIG CHI Project on HCI Education offers a CartoDB account with a geo-referenced data set, CHI_contributions, which lists the various papers, courses, SIGs, and other types of content shared during CHI 2014. The visualizations on [a defunct page] represent only a few ways of engaging with this data, which we encourage you to explore on your own.
