SIGCHI EC January Meeting

The January SIGCHI Executive Committee Meeting will take place on January 24, at 9 pm UTC (Zoom link).

The agenda for this meeting includes the following:

  • Information on how to become a SIGCHI-sponsored conference (Susanne Boll, VP for Conferences)
  • Details around the budget for FY23 (Andrew Kun, VP for Finances)
  • Quick updates on awards, deadlines coming up (Josh Andres, AC for Awards)
  • Brainstorming mentorship and leadership opportunities (Neha Kumar, President)

The EC will be conducting open meetings and discussions on a monthly basis. These will take place on Zoom. Audience participation will be welcomed, within time constraints. A video recording and meeting notes will also be made available on the sigchi.org website, as soon as they are available.

Please let us know (via email: sigchi-access@acm.org) if you have any accessibility requests (e.g., CART, SLI), and we will do our best to accommodate them. If possible, please give us a few days to make necessary arrangements.
