Meena Kothandaraman shares her perspective on authentic leadership as she has balanced her professional experience as a qualitative researcher, her role in her family, and taking care of herself.
Along the way, Meena has looked for analogies and models of leadership – and found that four (and two!) legged animal friends have provided great inspiration.

Qualitative research serves as a key vehicle to bringing human stories into a business, and additionally serves as a foundation for internal discussions and directions about product design. Her experience spans multiple verticals, with companies who believe in the value of qualitative research.
