SUMMARY:SIGCHI EC Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The November SIGCHI Executive Committee Meeting will take place on November 16\, at 10pm UTC (Zoom link).  The EC is using the month of October to meet with each other 1:1 and in various small group formats to begin crafting a vision and for subsequent planning. \nThe agenda for this meeting includes the following: \n\nReview of 1:1 meetings conducted in October (all EC)\nBrief presentations of Brainstorming group meetings:\n\n\n\nGoing Hybrid\nCommunity Helplines\nLocal/Global\nChapters/Regions\nPeople/Pipelines\nVolunteer Committees\nKnowledge Sharing\n\n\n\n\nBrief overviews of Discussion sessions:\n\n\n\nBuilding HCI capacity across Asia\nComms and Outreach\nCommunity Support\nVolunteering\nAwards\nConference Accessibility\n\n\n\n\nMiscellaneous updates (Neha Kumar\, President)\nOpen Mic/Q&A (Everyone)\n\nThe EC will be conducting open meetings and discussions on a monthly basis. These will take place on Zoom. Audience participation will be welcomed\, within time constraints. A video recording and meeting notes will also be made available on the sigchi.org website\, as soon as they are available. \nPlease let us know (via email: sigchi-access@acm.org) if you have any accessibility requests (e.g.\, CART\, SLI)\, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
